Do you need a shot list before booking?
Yes. We review the product count, usage, and style first, then confirm the shot list before the session is booked.
How do you deliver proofs and final files?
We use a private online gallery for selection and delivery, so you can review previews before the edited files are finalized.
When will the final images be ready?
Delivery depends on the confirmed scope, retouching level, and approval process. Small batches are typically completed within 7 to 14 business days.
Do you accept studio sessions by appointment?
Yes. We work by appointment in Sapporo, with weekday sessions available by appointment and Saturday sessions also by appointment.
